inspect the door hing and see if you can duplicate the sound. it could be rubbing. when metal heats up it expands.

Heat cause metal to flex and this is probably what is happening. As the oven heats up, the door is moving slightly. If it gets worse, I would contact a repairman just to make sure.

SPRAY SOME WD40 ON HINGES MAKE SURE STOVE IS (OFF) SHOULD WORK..
