Something tells me that Moonknight would take this, despite Nightwing's extensive combat experience. Yes, in many way, Moon Knight is similar to Batman, but Moonknight's powers are based in mysticism, plus he's a bit of a nutjob. While Nightwing's intelligence and sanity are key to his victories, and would give him an edge in this battle, I think Moonknight would find an ingenious way of defeating Nightwing. I could be wrong, but I just think Moonknight wouldn't hesitate to do something "dirty" to win. It would be a close battle.

Nightwing, because he will see Moon Knight as a cheap and disrespectful swipe at Batman. Don’t forget, Batman took Dick into his home when Dick faced orphanhood and despair at the injustice that led to his parents’ murders! If Dick can control his moral outrage over what must seem like takeoff of the man who helped him recover, gave him training and direction and new meaning in life, his anger would only lend more force to his blows. As long as he does not attack MK while the moon is full so that MK does not have his full complement of limited super strength. But even that might not turn the tide for him.

nightwing has much better training and gadgets...
moonknight might win during the full moon when he has super strength, but i have to go with nightwing on this...

Have to give this one to Nightwing because he was trained by the best. Moon Knight is just a mentally impaired street fighter.
