For the past 8 months, when it's time for her period to come, my sister has been getting the cramps, but no bleeding. What could be causing her to not bleed like that, but still have cramps? She's only 36, so it isn't time for menopause. What could it be?

Oh yeah: on top of that, her nipples sometimes leak clear fluid, PLUS she won't go to the doctor.

Her nipples leaking sounds like an infection. I'm not sure about the not bleeding part (sorry). But, in any event, she needs to go to the doctor. Eight months is too long for her to go without getting that checked out. She should've gone after probably the 2nd month if she knew that wasn't normal for her.

She really should go to the docter she might have some sort of internal damage.
I have had a period with a lot of craming but with little bleeding. I dont know what the deal with that is. Good luck. Tell your sister that I am praying for her.

36 isnt too young for menopause. I know a couple of people who started that in their thirtys. If not pregnant its definately hormonal. I would encourage her to go and get checked out.
