Unfortuently, you lose your section 8 housing if he moves in and you are caught. If you think no one will tell on you, it happened to a friend of mine down the road. She had her brother with a criminal record move in and she lost her section 8 immediately and can no longer apply for it.

let me tell you something section 8 does not play when it comes with anyone living with you unless you can add them on your housing. If he went to jail for any kind of felony they will not let him on. Be very careful what you do. Check with your worker but some housing authorities allow a visitor for 2 weeks. Make sure your man has a different address to use because he won't be able to use yours unless you want to loose your housing. and trust me girl it is not worth it.

Dump the boyfriend, obviously, he's not good for you. It's not worth being on the street over a loser!! Find a good job and ask God to send you nice, responsible gentleman that will take care of you and your kids.

He needs to find his own place until he has his stuff together enough to afford a place for the both of you. Take care of yourself first and don't rely on someone who has issues.

he cant stay with u if he has been locked up if he stays and u get caught then he has to move out and u might get kicked out too
