Shellhead without question. Stark is not susceptible to Metallo's Kryptonie based powers, and if he had to Iron Man could break out the "Hulkbuster" armor if Metallo were that much of a threat. Also, Iron Man is more intelligent and skilled in combat against foes with armor and weaponry.

I don't think the new Metallo can control metal so he gets stomped. But if its the old metallo any physical contact would put Iron man at risk unless he found a way to dispatch him from a distance.

Iron Man. Metallo isn't evn in his league. Even War Machine or that Fabian Stankowicz guy could beat Metallo. And again the fact I know that much about the subject...SO depressing...
