It almost looks like mini sink, usually in an oval shape, inbetwen the sink and the toilet. Its usually low and it is to be used for washing your bum :)
Although little kids seem to think its a great place for washing hands....little do they know..

it is the toilet that you sit on after you use the regular toilet. it basically saves you from wiping your butt when your done, because it sprays your **** with water, but not the same as an enema.
