Only what passes the opening of the cervix will stay inside. The rest will come out. That is normal.
If you have concerns that spermand seminal fluid are not entering the cervix, you should speak to your Gyn and get a refferral to a fertility specialist.

This would be a good question to ask in the "Trying to Conceive" section as well.
I can't tell you why it is...but I can say that I used to do the same thing with my exhusband. His ejaculate would immediately seep right back out no matter what I did. We tried to get pregnant for many years. Only to be told that I was menopausal and would never conceive a child. but I tried everything, the pillow, holding my knees to my chest...even masterbating to have another orgasm, as they say the muscles contracting during orgasm help with conception...it always spilled right back out while I was laying there. It was like my body was rejecting him or something.
The man I've been seeing, oddly his never seeps out even when I went to the bathroom. Don't know why...but it would take a couple of days for his ejaculate to eventually work out of me. I got pregnant 8.5 months ago, expecting my first child next month.
After all I had been told by doctors.
But anyway...of all the research I did during all my fertility treatments I never found anything concerning this, but I do believe it has alot to do with conception. It has too, I proved both my doctors wrong and got pregnant.

Im not really sure why it didnt happen before, because if something goes in you its gonna come out, right? My husband and I are trying to have another baby and everytime we do it I lay there for about 20 mins. with a pillow under me, but some comes out when I get up too. But if you are really concerned about it go to a clinic that you dont have to pay, Im sure theres one close to you. Good luck

Are you trying to get pregnant then? Are you talking about after he ejaculates that it spills out of you? This is normal - has nothing to do with the sperm entering and swimming along.
A pillow won't help to 'hold it all in'...even if you stand on your head it won't help to keep it in - the whole substance isn't supposed to stay inside your body, just the sperm and that happens with or without help.
Just give it time, make sure you are ovulating and you should become pregnant soon.

Don't worry even though some falls out u can still get pregers from it. It happened to me every time when i was trying and i still got pregnant. It could be your own body fluid that comes out too. Not just his the sperm stays in your body for up to 48 hours or longer so it's not a big deal your normal nothing to worry about. Good luck and don't worry i gave up on trying and it happened in a month. And i was in denial until i went to the doctor and he told me i was pregnant i couldn't believe it!

Its very normal. Your body has probably changed since the last year. I was told that it comes out because the mucus in the vagina thickens, blocking his stuff from getting all the way up inside. Usually it happens when your on some kind of bc. Have you been on the pill, patch or anything else?
