Well it sounds like you just need confirmation that you made the right decision. I think you did. It sounds like she was using your for your money, and no friend that does that is worth calling a friend.
Good luck

i think it was wrong of her to do that but with a lease involved you wouldnt have had to worry about it. but without one it was technically all up to her how long you stayed. with a signed lease she wouldnt have been able to make you move out. second this could sound a little bit harsh but you used the words (some girl) so it doesnt sound like it was ever someone who could truly be trusted. id say she probably made a huge mistake becasue any move who just moves in somewhere in the place of a woman who needs her home wont last long so she probably lost you and him. second. eventually you will feel more independant because of this. I am very sorry about the loss of your husband. I wish u the best of luck in life.

I think it's a good thing you've moved on. With friends like that - who needs enemies?

I think it sucks...and I'm so sorry..if you really wanted to get back at this person you could try and take them to court since she kicked you out without giving you an eviction notice

Your friend only cares about who is gonna bang her next. It was good that you dumped her as a friend.

I'm not sure what your question is, but as a side comment......
I think you need a better choice of "friends".
