About 75% of women do when they begin to push, it is not a big deal, the doctors and nurses are used to it, and will handle it discreetly. It is nothing to be embarrassed about.

Yes some women can have a bowel movement during childbirth, sometimes there is so much pushing during the process it just comes out. Also the baby can have a BM also during childbirth.
Delivering a child is hard work and your organs are doing a lot of things that is why the process is such a miracle when mom and baby have no complications.

Sometimes. There are some doctors that will do an enema before labor/delivery. It's not that much that comes out, but with all the pushing, it's bound to happen. Chances are you don't even know it has happend. The doc or one of the nurses just clean it out of the way and go on with the delivery. It is nothing to be embarrassed about; It happends to the best of us!

It can happen but you would never know if you are in the midst of delivery. Honestly - when you go into labor your body will self-cleanse along with the early contractions so many women will have already emptied their bowels way before the pushing stage. If you pass anything along with the baby it would by a tiny amount...not like a regular bowel movement at all.

A lot of women do. Not a big deal. The caregivers don't really comment and just clean it up. It just means you're doing a good job pushing.
It's important during labor to keep going to the restroom to empty your bladder and bowels. Personally, I never pooped while pushing. BUT my labors were all naturally occuring and I had loose, frequent bowel movements in the day or so prior to labor starting/early hours of labor.

Sometimes. Usually the woman doesn't notice, and the doctors and nurses are so used to it they don't care. It depends on the last time she went to the bathroom, how hard she's pushing, etc. Childbirth is natural, and so is pooping.

Yes...when your in labor they tell you to push as if your having to have a bowel movement. Usually they only allow women ice chips while in labor to prevent this. From my own experience(have 3 children) while your in labor believe me thats the last thing anyone is thinking about. All the are worried about is mom and baby. A small bowel movement is nothing compared to everything else.

It can happen. You are using the same muscles to push a baby out that you use to poop.
The nurses don't care. By the time you are pushing, you don't care. That is the last thing on your mind.

It can happen. All that pressure and pushing, if the bowels are not empty it sometimes happens. It's nothing to worry or be embarrased about, the doctors and nurses see it happen all the time.

yes if there is any thing in her bowel, as the baby comes down its head is pressing on the bowel wall and forces anything in the bowel out, at one time they gave women enemas to clear the bowl, and I am not sure if they still do that, as I am sure you do not want your baby covered or even touched by feces
