... And it's effecting me and my boyfriend, he doesn't understand what is wrong with me. It's alson effecting my relationship with his family, escpecially his grandma... she even told me I need help.

Like almost a month ago I got the depo shot of birth control and like not even a week after that it's affecting my emotions and it's making my period come back like almost everyday, like it'll be like a couple drops of blood... I was wondering, I had sex with my boyfriend like a day after I got it and I let him cumm in me because I thought it'd be okay because I'm on the shot, Do you think I could still get pregnant? I just want to know waht you guys think could be wrong with me... it is just my hormones or what?

The depo is bad. It make you gain up to 20 pounds!!! and it's bad for your bones. Yes, you can get pregnant on the depo. Nothing is 100% on not getting pregnant. Miracles and accidents happen every day.
As far as pain goes you should definitly talk to a doctor or someone at planned parenthood or something. But maybe you are going through a change and crying is the only way you can handle it.

Those might be some of the side effects of that Depo shot.
-spotting (not periods) is one of the side effects.
-The mood swings (ie- your crying for no reason) is another.

Get an appointment with your doctor to discuss this. I would not get that shot next time if it were me.
I got it like 4 years ago and I was spotting all the time...I changed to something else.
