I was in the Neopets boards and someone asked for more pet sites,another user stated that neopets created another site for people to use but it has people as the characters instead of animals....but the user wouldnt tell me the name of the other site...anyone know it?

They could have been talking about Maplestory.com, but it was definitely not created by Neopets.
Recently MTV Networks who owns Neopets and Nexon who owns Maplestory.com, joined in a partnership together.
