It has to be Indian rather than Chinese. (though my local Chinese do a wonderful beef curry and egg fried rice - yum, yum.)
I would have to go for Sheek Kebabs or Shami Kebabs as a starter. Chicken Tikka Sashlik or Chicken Tikka Dupiaza as a main course, served with pilau rice or Aloo Paratha. Not that keen on Indian Deserts though.

Chicken Tikka Madras. Or Masala. Depends how drunk I am.
I have had a Phal before. My tongue was numb for hours. I was really really drunk when I got that. The guys in the Indian laughed after I ordered it. The last laugh was on them though. I finished it. Had to down a couple of pints of milk though after. (tip: Milk counteracts spicyness better than Lager or Water)
