Penelope thanks I hated it when depps mom called the police on him. I hated his mom in the movie.

I often have questions like this. There is a fantastic site called IMDB where you can type 'actor' in its search engine and it will tell you everything he's been in, what it's about, his age, when he was born, when he died etc...
If you can't remember the film or the actor, click on 'plots' on IMDB and type in 'Drug Smuggling' and you'll get every film on the planet (literally) about drug smuggling.
You can search your favourite film, tv programme, actress, pop band etc... and write your own views on it. Then others can add their reviews or judge your reviews.
Personally, I think it's the most powerful site on the web. I'm going to feel a right idiot if you know all this anyway.

Its called Blow and it can be found virtually anywhere.
Also, another drug-related Johnny Depp movie I can reccomend is Fear & Loathing in Las Vegas. His character is like constantly on drugs in the movie and its pretty weird/trippy, but some parts are hilarious.
