As hard as I possibly could...And I'd twist them and dig my fingernails in, too. Hopefully, his reaction would be falling to the ground in extreme pain, but I'd have such a good grip, he'd be hanging in mid-air by his nuts.
I'd drag him over to wherever my cell phone might be, and call the police without letting go...They might have to use extrication tools to release my fingers.
And, for the record, he'd be really lucky that I didn't bite off his shaft while we were waiting for the cops...They would never know that he didn't force it on me!

I would squeeze with all my might.The reason being if that man was on any kind of drugs it will not stop him.I was told a long time ago to jab your fingers in their eyes as hard as you can, they stop due to the pain and they are unable to see for a while.You then have a chance to get away or make as much noise as you can.Your best defense is the key to your car or door, use them on the eyes.They might be blinded for life but you will have your live when it is all said and done......

As hard as possible, of course! I doubt in the midst of a situation like that anyone would react out of concern for the rapist and think to themselves "gee, I don't want to hurt him..."!
I believe his reaction would be to try to get out of the grip and curl away in severe pain. At least that would be the affect I would be going for!
