Well- I was hanging out with this girl who I am friends with, but we are not in the same clique. I said something stupid- she was going on about alcohol and all the drinks at some party- so I told her 3 of my close friends drunk. They do drink, AND I actually was going to tell her a story about them and drinking- but left it at "Promise you won't tell anyone? Well, "so, so and so" drink." Thats what I said....is that bad? Should I confront one of my friends and tell her what I said, apologizing?

You shouldn't have said that, and I hope nothing bad comes of it.
Don't tell your friends yet, because you might get lucky and your friend might not repeat it to anybody. If you apologize before anything bad happens, you are causing them more trouble for nothing. But if the word does get out, then you should apologize.
However, if your friends do drink, make sure their parents know it.
