Red Bull is not a prohibited drink. We refrain from coffee and tea, but not because of caffiene. If we do drink coffee, the Bishop wouldn't say anything, unless he was interviewing us for a calling or a temple recommend.

Depends on if the Bishop likes Red Bull. If the Bishop likes Red Bull he might call to borrow one otherwise he probably will not get a call from his Bishop.

Not sure... how many can you drink in 1 year? The Bishop interviews everyone at least once a year... caffeine isn't prohibited, so you could drink 1 year's worth before you got called (barring other circumstances)... but it wouldn't be because of drinking caffeine.

As many as he wants. I drink an energy drink nearly daily, as an afternoon pick-me-up. Caffein (or soda) is not against the Mormon religion, thankfully. However, as with many things, we should be careful. Like in Buddhism, we should work to overcome the body.
