HELL NO. I have given natrual birth to 3 kids. Walked around right after, did really well. BUT after tubal ligation, I could barely get around, couldnt sit up straight, horrible pain for at least a few days. Youre gonna have to have someone drive you home, no question.

Not for several days. When I had mine I tried to get my Dr to let me go back to work after 1 day and he said no way. After surgery I know why! I was in a lot of pain for the first 2 days. Then it got better and better. But man I wasn't expecting it to be so bad. Best wishes to ya.

If you didn't know how to drive before, you won't know how afterwards. Take some driving lessons.
