Hard to say....yes he is going into NASCAR, should he not have the results he desires, expect him back into cycles..maybe supermoto . Yes it looks like Stewart is a clip faster now, though I think RC could go a few more years..just that Stewart's body is likely with much less wear.

It Will be interesting to see how RC does in NASCAR, yet again sad that the best ever at the toughest motorsport ever will enter a game of strategy and finesse(the actual driving in NASCAR) after muscling the bike around for years. Or the conditioning? Mxers are the best athletes in motorsports, yet how will this compare with losing several lbs a race by literally sweating it away. I think he will actually have to gain somee weight, in order to have som weight to lose.

I wonder if he does have a good NASCAR career will he be remembered for his domination of MX? I think not, perception is reality-and NASCAR is the only motorsport even acknowledged in the mainstream sports media. Think otherwise, how about the "Fatheads" why are there no Bubba or RC Fatheads? Or just try to find Motocross as a motorsport category on this site-it is not there.

I think he will stay retired. Stewart is going to be unbeatable. RC doesn't want to do what McGrath did in coming back and not being able to win. He probably figures he will quit while he is ahead and leave as a champion. That way everyone will wonder if RC could have beaten Bubba. Instead of knowing that he was beat by Stewart. Plus he is getting into Nascar, he will be so busy with that he won't have time to come back to Motocross/Supercross.

I heard him say in an interview that he'll be getting into auto racing. MX beats the crap out of your body. I say retire while you're on top and not just a has-been. I think it's for good this time.
