Telly said I have nice, red, full, lips and he asked if I would like to play his tuba. Then I caught him staring at my cape! Is that considered sexual harrassment? If so, who on sesame street do I report it too?

Telly is a strange monster, Grover and I would report him to Maria. I don't know if it is sexual harassment, but I would let her know just in case.

BIG BIRD , but that doesn't sound like harrassment Grover.
Telly actually plays the Tuba in the band remember????? And I think you have a food stain on your cape, so maybe that is what he was staring at.
You better investigate this further.
