Please don't say exercise because I am not there yet. I need some sort of motivation. My new years resolution was to quit smoking. I have not had one since the middle of december. Now when I get bored That's all I think about. The biggest back fire is I am eating alot more now and I'm not even hungry. I feel huge (i'm not) but i just feel huge. I went and got those diet candy bars YUCK. Turned out to be a waste. Help

I usually drink a LOT of caffeine and that gets me motivated. If youre over 13 years old you can take a small dose of aspirin a day (like childrens aspirin) with the caffeine and it's supposed to boost your metabolism if you do it everyday.

There are other types of exercise than going to the gym. I used to walk (pace, really) in the house while watching a favorite movie. I started with just 3 minutes (on the microwave timer) and added a minute or two each time and in a month I was up to 45 minutes.
Eat sugar free mints to satisfy your mouth craving. Drink lots of water.
