I have been to the location in Chicago. The food was mediocre, but that isn't why you go there. It is for the entertainment factor. It is very very loud and expect a ridiculous wait on Saturdays.

It's so much fun! Yes, they're rude on purpose. I've been there twice. The first time I was in a group and they announced over the PA that the "bunch of hicks" were coming through. The second time the waiter wasn't as rude as I'd liked, but the staff got up on the counter when a certain song came on and danced. It's hilarious! I'd definitely go back.

I have been to the one in Chicago. It is loud, busy, the waiters are intentionally rude, but in a good way, which is ok if you know what to expect. The food was pretty good and reasonably priced. It's pretty fun, especially if you are with friends. The decor was 50's diner.

I've been to the one in Chicago and the one in Beverly Hills. The food is diner food, good burgers and shakes/malts, etc. The servers are purposely loud and obnoxious...expect to be insulted at least once! We went in with our baby and when he started crying, two servers came by and started crying and another one screamed, "someone get that baby to be quiet!". All in good fun, though. Make sure that you're in the mood before you go.

This place is so much fun they dance on the tables and get really rude with you (on purpose) in a diner sort of atmosphere. The food is pretty good. It is real food you know big fat greasy cheeseburgers and fries!!! Good american eats! Try it out! You will like it!

The one in Chicago is good. Has a 50's theme. It is cute. Been years since I've gone there
