What's different now?From the very beginning he ignored any advice contrary to his own.He is a monster.He and his partner in crime Blair should be held accountable for the loss of thousands of innocent lives.

Bush admitted in his speech to the nation that past mistakes made in the Iraq war were his own responsibility. Yet he continue to be obstinate to carry out his new strategy which the majority considers a mistake. To put it simply, it's HYPOCRISY.

Evidently you didn't read it, intelligent people thought most of it was unworkable and that the committee was a waste of time. Of course the media thought it was a great piece of work initially.
