Driving conditions anyone? im driving up tomorrow morning

tahoe is expecting snow showers tonight hi of 24 and low of 4. then partly cloudy for the rest of the weekend.
Highway 50 is an OK highway. I usually always go up 80. 50 has a habit of closing if the snow gets really bad.
You can check road conditions at http://www.dot.ca.gov/hq/roadinfo from the Caltrans dept. Presently there are no restrictions on that road as of 10am friday morning.

go to weather.com and you can get 10 day forcast, as well as driving contditions along the rout you will take. I use this frequently for my ski trips to South Lake Tahoe when I go ski Heavenly. Have fun!
