What colors work well over a "broccoli" colored shirt?

Chocolates, black, goldy colours(although having looked at the shirt I'm guessing you're a guy so maybe not gold.)

Jeans would go fine.

That tee-shirt does not look like broccoli to me. more like olive green. That said Almost any color as long as it is within the same hue. Green is really neutral, look at nature.

I would stick with the brown family. Maybe a deep chocolate or chessnut. You might even be able to do like dark gold or bronze

Personally I would go with an off white, slacks or skirt and round it out with a pearl necklace or pearl studded earings.
