I would call them at 1-800-867-7183 and speak with a customer service representative. I would not expect to get your old number back but perhaps you might be able to get your voicemails. You never know. Nothing ventured, nothing gained they say.

I have 853.51 minutes on my Tracfone account and tried to add 60 more
minutes to that today how do I get my Tracfone reactivation.

You have to reactivate your TracFone by calling their Service number. When you call them, only they can answer your questions about retaining your old phone number (assuming they have not reassigned it to someone else) and about your voice messages.
You just cant reactivate your TracFone any other way.

You can lose your phone number after a certain period of time. When out of service they probably keep nothing. It's like not checking into to Yahoo mail for six months. You can get your address back but everything is gone.
