You'll need an alignment machine of some type to do this repair. If the ball joint have not been replace you'll need to replace them Most ford I beam front suspensions had small if not no adjustment for camber.Once you have replace the joints your see the top ball joint uses a pinch bolt to lock it in place. The top of the joint is like a large bolt head . Loosen the pinch bolt and rotate the bolt head til the desired spec is reached.Tighten the pinch bolt and road test. Good luck hope I helped

Take it to an alignment shop. It's important that you get it to within 1/2 degree. The human eye cannot detect this accuracy (no matter how good you think you are). Besides, you'll eat up $800 in tires and still not have it right. Get off your wallet and spend a little now on a job done right.

Ask a quality parts store if strut pates are available for your truck. These plates will have to be installed at the top of the front coil springs. They will allow the alignment person to adjust camber correctly. Good luck to you.

You need special equipment in order to get the adjustment correct. Take it to a competent front end shop.

Go to your local Napa or Auto Zone and pick up a Chilton's manual so you don't have to wait on someone to answer your query
