It is very important that you understand the possibilities of becoming pregnant at ANY time during your menstrual cycle. Do not be fooled by those who say "it's very unlikely" because it is. It happens to many young girls who believed they could not become pregnant while having their period, then engaging in unprotected sex. Though, even having protected sex still offers a chance of pregnancy, you increase it drastically with unprotected sex.
Though your symptoms fit those of a pregnant woman, but most likely, after several weeks and a negative test, you are not pregnant. But my question is...what test did you take? If it was a drug store bought, then don't jump to conclusions just yet. I suggest you have the doctor perform the test to rule out the certainty.

Yes, it is very unlikely that you have got pregnant while being on your period, but it's not impossible. Pregnancy is possible at any time of the month, even if it's less likely during your period. I would go get a pregnancy test if I were you. But don't worry too much, it's still very unlikely.
More importantly, if you don't want to get pregnant, don't have unprotected sex. Use some form of birth control.

Pregnancy is always possible if you dont use protection, however it is unlikely. Don't worry about it as much. Signs of PMS are also signs of pregnancy. its probably just a little thrown off. 2 months ago I was 15 days late! It was terrible! Take a pg test to ease your mind. The first response test is accurate up to 5 days before a missed period. Good luck. i'm sure youre fine :)

I've heard that it is possible, however, from what I understand it's a rare occurence. I doubt you're pregnant, but if you're unsure you can always take a pregnancy test. That's the best way to know, and some can be sensitive enough to sense hcg before your period. If you still haven't gotten your period in a few days take another test, and consider seeing your doctor.

yes...u can get pregnant when-ever you have UNprotected sex. even if you have your period.
you can also catch std's by having UNprotected sex.
My suggestion is this :
see a doctor as soon as possible...DONT wait.
Good Luck.some times a home pregnancy test is not as accurate as the test given at the doctors office.
or, maybe you took the test too early.
either way you need to be checked out for both pregnancy and for stds.
see a doctor.
please.

According to my wife's doctor, it is possible for a woman to
get pregnant any time. As soon as a woman becomes
pregnant there is a hormone that makes itself present in her
body, I forget the name of it, but this is what these tests check
for. If you tested negative several times, there's a good chance
that you are not pregnant, Any time we ever used them, they
were never wrong. ( four children )

any time you have unprotected sex(and even if its protected )you have a chance to become pregnant. you sound like you might have something more like cysts. but you should check with a doctor , just because you havent thought about sexually transmited diseases. they are so many and they affect people differently. as soon as possible you need to go for an std test. their free and anonymous at your local health department. and people abstinence, ittl save you so much pain and aggravation later in life!

I agree with the fact that it's very unlikely but not impossible, but a blood test is much more accurate than a urine test.

It is possible that you are pregnant; however, it sounds like you may have a urinary tract infection. Go to the doctor ASAP and find out what is going on.
