Matter of opinion ... all the places mentioned are beautiful. I still suggest Hawaii because a) The water is safe b) English is spoken c)Transactions are in US Dollars d) Lots of air and accommodation options e) Varied activities for every taste.

Lots of people might disagree with me, but i think Cape town, South Africa. The crime may be HUGE but Table Mountain is amazing!

Turkey for sure 10 months summer sun sea sand... everything is so nice.great islands and friendly peoples.Hotel qualitys so high and cheaper then other countrys.

Oh check out the cyclades in Greece - a string of islands...particularly Santorini - a village built on the rim of a blown out volcano, now filled in by the ocean...I've never seen a sunset like I saw there.
