Peppers and Cucumbers are ok occasionally, only. They should not be a staple item.
The majority of vegetables should be dark leafy greens (turnip greens, or collard greens)

I recommend visiting this website... http://www.beautifuldragons.503xtreme.com/Nutrition.html
if the whole page doesn't load, use this link(same info, just loads better) http://www.beautifuldragons.503xtreme.com/Nutritionframeset.html

It lists all the fruit and vegetables they can eat ,how often and also what they should never ever eat.
Hope that helps

I give my Beardies cut up bell peppers, thawed peas, dark leafy greens (not spinach though), dandelion flowers when they are available outside (as long as you do not spray pesticides) and zucchini for the most part. You do give him crickets right? Young beardies need crickets a few times a week.

We feed our bearded dragon a variety of greens and veggies. Plus he gets bugs.

they like to eat those bagged salad mixes, like spinach mixes or baby greens. i'm not sure about peppers and cucumbers. cucumbers are mainly water so i don't see why not.
