I sometimes say those words as a joke. But yeah I think people way use the words like 'buff 'blood' 'bare' 'innit' sound uneducated and stupid.

Use www.urbandictionary.com to understand some of the terminology. Alot of times if you really pay attention slang is an analogy of the proper english word. Blood actually means family or very close friend or partner (as in he is so close to me he is my blood)

One my daughter (16 years) uses that drives me crazy is
'phat'. So she'll say "it's gunna be a phat night", or looking at, say, a friends mobile phone "that's well phat!!!!
