he would drive around the British Isles beating badgers with a spade and throwing them in the back of his van. He would then drive into the sea screaming 'This is what they oughta do to all them blasted 'seakers!', killing them all in the process. He would clamber out of the van and make his way back to dry land. Sopping wet he would meet up with Westlife or that weeks guest group where they would do a song together whilst the end credits rolled.

I only vaguely remember it, and it probably wasn't even Bruce Forsyth but what was it called?

With hindsight, it may not have been a real TV programme, it my have been a dream, but it was jolly entertaining. I'm thinking of approaching his agent with the idea. Any ideas what the show should be called and where I can get his agent alone?

Now listen carefully, Pinball. We are all of the opinion that you are suffering the early stages of a nervous breakdown and you need urgent medical help!
Please pay attention. Stop your mind wandering over the subject of flattened badgers and sopping wet comedians.
Go to bed early tonight with your usual milk and bickies, but promise to phone the doc tomorrow, and explain that the problem is coming back, and that you need an urgent consultation. Mention Bruce Forsyth's name; your doctor will understand.
Meanwhile, breath slowly into a brown paper bag until those old feelings of panic go away. Good Luck!

It was a wonderful show. I never missed it and in the last episode the badgers got out of the van and Brucie was drowned. But then we all expected that. Let's hope there will be a new series with Des O'Connor or that old sponger Liz 2.

Is this meant to be some kind of a joke? It's more sh*t than wit. Anyway, no such programme exists, and I don't think your description would sell that to any programme-maker.
