Oh, yes! It drives me absolutely insane! Come on people, you're probably not in elementary school anymore!
We've all learned about homophones, haven't we?

Loser and looser are not as annoying as their, they're and there or too, to, and two. But these are some of the most commonly misspelled words in the English language. But as a teacher, I am trying my best to correct this mistake one student at a time.
But to answer your question, no it does not drive me crazy, just makes me chuckle a bit, yes I said chuckle.

Now there are innocent, inadvertent typos to be sure, but, to paraphrase "Apocalypse Now" - complaining about misspellings here is like handing out speeding tickets at the Indy 500. Persistently misspelling words is a sign of our own lack of respect for the English language.

It's ironic, isn't it? Maybe folks who spell out "looser" are losers of dictionaries and spell check buttons?

I really have a particular affinity for Yahoo solutions, however the horrid spelling and grammar is disappointing. i believe that my tax funds are being wasted. And Yahoo delivers a spell checker, too. Conversely, you could study fantastically written responses right here.

there are many thing in life which drive me crazy...or mad, for example to see how the media is influencing the world and how everyone, who can, is misusing it up to incredible. it drives me crazy on the other hand that the people let manipulate them self so easy, but still are arrogant and ignorant enough to preach. and to pretend or even believe to know the truth. It drives me mad, that so many people have to suffer due to political games, which aren't anything else than business. It drives me crazy that i'm helpless against this huge power. It drives me crazy, when i forget that i know it is all meant to be. It drives me crazy that i let this whole nonsense drive me crazy. Your question drives me crazy, cuz i'm jealous and wish i would have such simple thoughts.

I do find such misspellings annoying, but not nearly so bothersome as people who constantly use text message abbreviations (4, U, etc.) in formal communication.

Yes it drives me crazy. But the most annoying is when someone says "This is the pacific thing...", instead of This is the specific thing........That is the worst for me.
