I am not always happy. I go through the whole range of emotions. If everyone was always happy, then the term happy would not exist (or at the least, have no meaning).
I am always fortunate however, for many reasons (to be alive, for my strengths, for family, for friends, for a good job).

I'm not always happy. I am happy with my life, but I need to acknowledge the things that make me sad. Sadness is an emotion that we need to balance how we feel. I have my moments for being sad and then I move on. But all in all my family keeps me very happy. Great husband, great son, keep on trying for more babies. I am happy.

I try to be happy just for the fact that I am alive, well and have family and friends who love me. However, even the happiest of people get down every now and then.

I think people that are always happy are not intelligent enough to understand the reasons that they shouldn't be. Direct correlation between intelligence and depression. Talk about a double-edged-sword!

Because I was born with the innate knowledge that one day I will die, and I have come to terms with that. I realize that this just may be life's waiting room, here on this Earth, that is. But one day, things will get better, and when your on top, your on top of the world and when you are down, everything seems to get better eventually. Such is life, I suppose. But we learn to live with anger and pain and frustration and deal with them. It's not happiness as much as it is adaptiveness. Incredible, the human mind.

everything in the omniverse is vibrational. everything, physical or otherwise vibrates at a particular frequency, including each human, and every thought, emotion, etc. that human "has". the higher the vibe the healthier and happier you are. the more time you spend thinking negatively, being angry, etc. the lower your vibe becomes, and the unhappier and unhealthier you become. that's why it is helpful to learn to control your mind/thoughts through meditation and other practices. view this as delusional at your own risk ;-)
