First what can you do?.....nothing unfortunately...but find a employer who will treat you like a asset to them (which requires respecting you).

Second why do they treat you like this?....simple because they think they are better and that you need them instead of vice versa.

Total answer find a Company that values its employees....and good luck to you.

First of all, write out all the reasons why you deserve a raise.

Then make an appointment with your boss, to ask for this raise.
Do it calmly, matter of factly, and business like, explaining why you're more valuable to the company than they're paying you for.

Also, decide whether or not you're going to hand in your notice if your raise is denied. If you are going to do this, have the written notice ready to hand them. If they deny your raise, simply shake hands and thank them for hearing you out.
This is important because you don't want to leave the company with hard feelings as this may affect the recommendation they give you when you apply at another company.
Most often, you're informed within 3 days after turning in your notice, that they no longer need you.

You sound like someone they can't replace all that easily.

Always act and dress in a professional manner. Speak clearly and loud enough to be heard. If you work on percentage, ask for a slightly larger percentage. If you are salary ask for a slight increase. The reason for this is psychological, it lets them know you feel you are doing a good job. They will take notice and respect you if you respect yourself and others.

Try talking to your boss and explain the situation. If nothing changes -and it sounds like you have been going through this for awhile- I would say start looking for a job where you will be appreciated or at least treated with respect.

Welcome to the work force.

Nobody will appreciate you as much as you think they should. Just do your job as well as you can and keep your eyes open for something better.
