It probably depends upon the context in which the conversation happened. It may mean exactly what she said. It may mean that she remembers the affair but would like to forget it and wishes it had never happened. It is impossible to know without more information.

The message being conveyed to me is that this woman is an arrogant loser who wants to make light of a very serious situation. The message she is trying to convey is that her bad deeds are no big deal. Loser loser loser!

Whoever this woman is, you need to leave her alone.
Are you a glutton for punishment...going forward?
How many more times is she going to verbally-recollect an affair from days gone by?
Do you really want to hear that sh*t for the rest of your days?

Pending if you are her current boyfriend, then she is saying it to see if you will become furious or to see if you have already seeked revenge. If she is not your girlfriend then she is saying it because its lurking her mind or she wants to do it again.
