I can only see the American version, but watched it last season for the first time and really enjoyed it. It was a little too heavy on the hip-hop dancing in the beginning and I almost stopped watching because of it, but once they got to the real competition and started incorporating lots of different dance styles, I really liked it and was glad I'd stuck it out.
It was especially great that my favorite all along, Benji, won!

I watched it last year (US) when Benji won, it was really good. But I wanted the black girl, donyelll or whatever her name was, to win.
