If your boss ask you how to plan your marketing? Do you have any concept?

I think he means an action plan.....need more info, budget what you want to acheive ect. Brand awareness or just direct sales.

Without knowing your market, your product or your budget, that's a little tricky

but the first thought that occurs by virtue of the fact that you are aasking the question - is your boss asking you to do something that is way outside your job description? Ie, is he trying to get you to do a marketing job above and beyond whatever your real job is? Without paying you extra for it?

If so, you need to have a quiet discussion with your boss. Extra work should involve extra remuneration. It could be seen as a way to demonstrate extra abilities and perhaps speed your own advancement, which is good - but that needs to be laid out in advance.

You have to be more specific. It all depends in what type of market you are and how big you are, it's really important to see first where you are and then plan ahead on what goals you want to accomplish.
