i once heard somewhere that if you have any doubts or think he might be gay, he probably is. this holds true unless you're a homo and then your just using your own gay feelings and projecting them on this person. look you can tell either way. it aint hard to know when a guy is gay. real men, if they are not practicing celebacy for religous reasons will act like a guy. no matter how honorable,, guys talk about chicks. if he is talking about other guys like he's talking or should be talking about chicks then he's probably gay or bi. if he is not talking about chicks at all and isnt with a girl, he's gay.

What possible concern is that to you? Are you looking to be unfaithful to your wife? Quite the prince you are. Is she aware that you're a pig?
Aside from the cheating aspect, office affairs are always wrong.
How about you do your job like you're supposed to and never mind hoping for a liason with a co-worker.

At work it doesn't matter, so you shouldn't. If you need to know, find him hanging out after work and ask straight up. "Dude, are you gay, bi, or straight."

Unless you actually want to try and have a go with him you should probably ask yourself.... does it really matter.
The best way would be to ask.
If your relationship is not close enough to pose such questions, then you probably have no business knowing his sexuality.
