The morning sickness, and breast tenderness, began around three weeks. At four, they were basically the same. However, this may help you. At around 5 1/2 weeks, my symptoms disappeared. Everything was just gone. This actually troubled me. My first pregnancy, si I didn't know what that meant. Call my doctor and she said. Not to worry about when symptoms show up, or don't show up, or if they dissapear, cause they may will probably come back eventually, and everyone is different. She said it is not uncommon for them either to not show up, or disappear until week 8 or 9 and then suddenly appear.

I started having symptoms about 3 weeks after conception. They were really bad and I was sick for about 2 1/2 months. Now I'm 18 weeks and feeling much better. The sickness will go away, I promise.

In the 4th week my chest size went up 4"! The vomiting didn't start for me until a day or two into the 5th week. Every pregnancy is different...

I found out i was pregnant at like 5/6 weeks, i got so tired, like i was dead, i did nothing but sleep everyday after work from 530pm to 630 in the am and i was still tired. the i got morning sickness, which doesn't just happen only in the morning, all day long it can last. Then headaches., killers. The cramping in the belly from it stretching, itchy belly. But it all depends on the person. Oh and my boobs hurt really bad. LIke the slightest touch would make me want to scream.

I never did. Not everyone vomits while pregnant! I guess I am one of the lucky ones!!! I can't really remember what symptoms I felt after 4 wks. (It's been 10 yrs. since my last) I know you don't feel much in your first trimester. I had cravings starting in 2nd trimester.

I didn't get sick till 8 weeks with both pregnancies. With the first one, I had really sore boobs and very tired at 4 weeks. With the second one, just really tired at 4 weeks. And some weird cravings.

Never - three babies, no morning sickness.
Usually it takes awhile for you to feel symptoms. Usually breast tenderness is the first, but it could also mean you are about to start your period.
I didn't start feeling much, except that with my first two I smoked and that is how I knew I was pregnant because it made my stomach feel gross to smoke. Other than that- I was lucky.
Good Luck.
