oneof my is suffering with her husband targer ,but right now they are in usa,science long two years ,but my friend is in h4 dependent visa, if she complain to cops weather government protect or they will send to their own countery, and more question they have 10 years daughter also, her husband isvery strict in every thing with both daughter and wife.pliz give me brife answer about this problem,she is not understanding what to do

Yes, she needs to call the cops. No one will "send her back" - in fact, when it's time to apply for a green card, she will have solid evidence of domestic violence, and she won't need to depend on her husband to be her sponsor (if this is what the idea is). The law here protects citizens and non-citizens alike, and there's absolutely no reason why she should put up with abuse. Have her call the police and find a new place to stay, away from her husband - then she can see if she can apply for permanent residence.

No matter what her immigrant status is, she can complain to the police! The government of the US can protect her and her daughter from this bad man. Help her to do the right thing for her and her child!

This is a very confusing question, but I think you will find that there should (certainly in the UK there are) charities that help families and are unrelated to the police or social services etc...
Her first priority is her daughters safety, then her own regardless of what country they should or should not be in.

Having a daughter in this kind of situation is even more dangerous. She needs to get out of there without him knowing it, (like on Enough with J. lo) because if he's beating her and her daughter, you never know how far he will go with it.

Have he go to the government and explain it all to them and request asylum. No woman should ever be treated that way unless they are the same abusive way and there is a child to worry about. Get her to go to the authorities and the sooner the better.

you can't control her but let her know you're a safe place. sometimes intervening can make it worse since her husband will take out his anger on you to her. so remember she is a grown woman, reming her when you can you care and are worried and let her make her own decisions. you can also give her information but don't write names on numbers and such because he might get mad if he finds them. make sure the child is safe.
AS SOON AS THE CHILD IS IN PHYSICAL OR EMOTIONAL DANGER YOU MUST CALL CHILD AID (or whateber it is in the states, different in canada)!!!!!
