It was basically the same questions that I would have answered in a face to face interview. Essay type questions. I answered all the questions and now I'm not sure what to do. With a face-to-face interview I would send a thank you letter and make a follow up call. Should I do the same in this case?
I have never even heard of a written interview until now. Does anyone else have experience with it?

Yes, you would do the same thing. One of my friends recieved an email like that. That must be something new that are coming up.They may call you in for face to face interview or do an phone interview. Give it about at least one week, and then contact the if, they haven't already contact you. Good Luck and I hope you get the job!

i think a written interview is actually good!! At least there is place for surprising questions that you sometimes get in face-face interview.I think you should give some days and get in touch with them to know the outcome.
