My hard drive and keyboard work; I think it's just the monitor that died. Thanks for any advice!

if you buy a new one then you will probably save money in the long run, especially if you buy an old one and that one breaks down quickly too. The whole computer set is pretty expensive, but if you are just buying one part then it might be cheaper.

Check out craigslist.org. You can find local listings, and people are always posting old monitors for free or for just a few bucks. Under "for sale," click "free" and search for "monitor." Good luck!

I own a company and just recycled 6 monitors. I just checked and i have 2 that i am not using. Contact me at hankstertc@yahoo.com. If you pay for the shipping its yours for free..

l have a fifteen inch computer monitor and it is just fine but l do not know where you live or you could just have it. because l am not using it. l have two new computers and they have larger monitors. and l don't know what to do with it.

Ebay is the easiest but you can also check out your local thrift shops. Someone is always donating one.

try craigslist for your town, or thriftstores often have them for 5 bucks or so. Also many cities have used computer stores.
