im reformatting my computer but before i do so i was hoping i can get the cd-keys on all my stuff. i have bf 2142 and i dont feel like buying another one. is the cd keys for my games stored on my computer some where?

You may be out of luck but sometimes there are software packages that can find keys in the registry.

No, it should be on the box or cd case. If you tossed these you've learned a valuable lesson. If you registered the software after purchase you may be able to get the keys from the software manufacturer.

i agree with albion. all games purchased come in a box or cd case with the cd key tagged on it. if you illegally downloaded the game and didnt write the key down, then its your own fault. but if you registered the game with the compnay- meaning you actually did buy it then register it, you can call the customer services line and get your key code.
