NOT TOO TAKE THE OIL PEOPLE. THE PRICES ARE SO HIGH BECAUSE OF THE REFINERIES THAT WERE SHUT DOWN DOWN SOUTH AFTER 9/11. WE GET OUR OIL FROM CANADA. WE ARE THERE TO PROTECT THE VALUE OF THE US DOLLAR BY CONTROLLING HOW THE OIL IS PAID FOR. SO YES WE ARE THERE FOR OIL

Where do you get your facts?

Just because it's what you and your circle of friends want, it doesn't mean that it's what the majority of the country wants.

If we are there for oil, then why is gasoline still $2.35/gallon? Please get off the blood for oil chant. It's old, and it's been proven to be a lie.

The majority of Americans want us to be safe. The problem is, when we are safe, people become complacent and stop worrying about terrorism. If your home hasn't been broken into in five years, don't you still lock the doors? Why? According to your logic, you should never lock your home or do anything to protect yourself.

He gets the message. If there was an election today he'd be out. But the oil companies and the defense contractors that got him elected need him to keep making him money until the democrats get in.

Also I believe Israel is going to strike Iran's nuclear program and if they launch their jets and try to follow them back to Israel guess what's going to be waiting for them in the gulf.

US Aircraft carriers ready to scramble fighters and knock them out of the sky. The only way Bush can continue to make his Illuminati brethern richer and finish bankrupting the US is to broaden the conflict ot Iran and Syria.

He gave us his message last night for what they plan to do! He telegraphed it in the speech in that chilling aside about Iran. To fully realize their plan he will start attacking Iran's support of those inside Iraq by hitting Iran enough to provoke a wider conflict. Then he can "liberate" Iran as well, going for full Dominion over Middle East oil! This has been carefully planned out from the start. They have plundered Iraq and the US Treasury for $3 billion a week, while muscling their way for Dominion, and when they take down Iran, their plan will be complete. Watch and see how they play this out.

Well, I don't think oil was the only reason. Georgie Boy wanted to be a "war time president." He got his wish (by his own hand) and he hopes to continue as a "wartime president" til the end of his term. I'd like to see that term abbreviated but impeachment would be a waste of valuable time, time needed to reverse some of the decisions made by our "decider", the "wartime president."

Why don't you get the message that it isn't what YOU want! What is important is what is best for the Iraqi people, our troops and the country as a whole!

You guys need to stop acting like spoiled Americans for once and place the needs and importance of the issues ahead of yourself and your selfish needs for a change!

Bush knows what the message from his own country and the rest of the world is. But the only "message" that has any signifigance to him is the one coming from his own warped inner mind that tells him HE IS RIGHT, HE IS THE DECIDER. This is the will of God, as spoken directly from him to our leader.

Yes. Saddam was about to start selling oil in Euros in 2002.

Few are aware of this fact.

i hear you, but i don't see where your ideas meet with reality

btw- what the people want is not what the elected officials should do. they need to do what's right (see President Lincoln and the Civil War).
democracy is 6 wolves and 4 sheep voting on dinner.

what we have here is a republic - that is protected rights that can't be taken away.
