Will it stop me from, not offering service to; Jews, Christians and Moslems alike?
I dont like these religions or their 'hard core-ish' supporters, so i do not do offer them my services.

I have no problem with giving my service to people of any race or sexual orintaion.
If they are black and gay they can have my service.
If they are black, gay but also a hard core christian, they will not get my service.

You're allowed to refuse service to people because of their religion but NOT their race - if someone comes in and you don't serve them because of their race you're in trouble. This means that if their religion corresponds with an ethnic grouping you'll get done for race discrimination. The courts have upheld this in relation to Sikhs and Jews.

it really is a peculiar one, because by way of forcing the Catholic Church now to not discriminate adverse to homosexuals, they're type of ignoring and discriminating adverse to their ideals. on the different hand, those ideals are themselves discriminatory. it truly is basically that an excellent type of people are into Catholicism and for some reason it has sway over a lot of human beings and politics. yet when, as an example, you had a set that become brazenly racist, or sexist, the authorities doesn't say, oh, honestly, it truly is alright that you'll be able to be racist and sexist, because it truly is portion of your perception device. And it truly is an identical ingredient with homosexuality. maximum folk of direction do not pick to be gay- why might want to they? All my gay associates desire they were attracted to the option sex, a lot less discrimination and larger decision of companions! So it truly is no longer about an 'immoral life-style determination' or inspite of the Catholic Church might want to have you ever believe. in which case, there is extremely no way the authorities could pander to their nasty prejudiced perspectives. they ought to take a stand adverse to homophobia and hatred and tell the Church that what extremely concerns is how nicely off the toddler is going to be, and to offer up being so stupid as to imagine a baby followed by way of a gay couple is probably to be subjected to 24 hour sex orgies or inspite of it really is they imagine gay human beings upward push as a lot as. If there are 2 loving human beings prepared to grant a homeless toddler a loving homestead then the Church could do what Jesus might want to do, and allow them have it, no be counted what gender those individuals are. p.s- do not total communities of nuns (all an identical sex) shelter childrens in orphanages???

There is possibly a way around this issue.
Provided you don't state that services are denied for the reasons of gender, sexual orientation, religion or any other specific reason relating to these issues then it is easy.
Overbooked, out of stock, too busy etc. As long as you do not discriminate openly against a specific group of people then you cannot be held to account for it.

Well to be honest I don't think I would like you representing me if I thought you didn't like!
I am not any of these types or cultures that you mention, but I think you would be doing them a favour if you did not represent them.
You are actually discriminating in your statement which as you know is also covered in uk law. As would be the case if someone discriminated against you!

What has the law on discrimation against sexual orientation got to do with discriminating against people on religious grounds?
This question is so irrational it must be a wind-up.

You can refuse service to any person seeking to use your service, however, if your refusal is based purely on their sexuality or your perception of their sexuality, you will be in danger of breaking the law.
FYI: There is a lot of disposable income in our gay pockets!!
