you can go with a blouse and skirt and some nice heels, be sure to wear your hose always important. If your not comfy in skirt go with basic black pants and most of all have a great time at the party. If you look good and feel good...things should work out good.

I'm assuming you're a guy, so I'd say a nice polo shirt (or any nice shirt with a collar) and khakis with nice shoes (no tennis shoes!). If anything, ask one of your co-workers to make sure what the protocol is.
