the utmost sentence of theft is existence in penal complex. you're no longer susceptible to get that for a street theft (aka mugging) except you have dissimilar previous convictions and you used a firearm and you brought about severe injury to a minimum of a number of of human beings. The shortest sentence may well be an absolute discharge. returned, it is not likely except there have been important extenuating circumstances that meant that collectively as technically an offence what you probably did replaced into such that no real blame must be apportioned. In prepare a sentence commencing from community provider as much as various years in penal complex is greater probable. notwithstanding it relies upon on an excellent sort of things - eg did you plead responsible, replaced into it a known offence, replaced right into a weapon in contact, replaced into the sufferer somewhat vulnerable, and so on. The info of no remember in case you have been there or no longer makes no distinction to the sentence. it ought to influence no remember while you're got here across responsible, yet once you're responsible then that's the offence itself that is affecting the sentence.

If you are in the UK - pretty much nothing - happens everyday all over the country and they just keep on doing it - laughing in the face of the law. Even if they kill someone in the process it'll only be manslaugher - about 18 months for taking someone's life. We need to adopt the US system and come down hard. Get these people off the streets.

NOTHiNG.
i was robbed at knifepoint, next to a bank, under CCTV cameras.
i went to the police. They did nothing and had no explaination as to why they couldn't find anything on the cameras.
its almost impossible to prove something like that. They even accused me of trying to buy drugs saying that was why i was mugged.
**** the pigs.

why, you thinkin about robbing somebody?
and that question is WAY too vague.
you could get so many different charges. assault, assault with a deadly weapon, larceny, illegal possession of a firearm, carrying a concealed firearm, intent to cause bodily injury, etc., etc., etc.
