limited parnership doe not offer STOCK. They offer share by subscription only. Can be VERY risky

Any security from a company with a rating of AAA credit or bond rating from Standard and Poors. (LLP's don't really sell stock.)

I'm not sure if all these are MLP's but all in the pipeline business...and if you can research them, you'll see that "dividend-wise" they can really be nice assets:
ETP...PAA...MMP...EPD...APC..KMP
