Bush is trying to police countries with nuclear weapons. Why can America have weapons of mass destruction?

That is just a cover up, did they find any weapons of mass destruction in Iraq? No. And now North Korea (Kim Jung ill) openly states that he has Nuclear Weapons and that hes testing them. What does George Bush do? Sits there and watches them. America is also supposed to be against communist states. I think the real question is, why isn't america in North Korea? And the reason they are allowed to have nuclear weapons is that nobody is about to stop them.
