Theres been a lot of debate over this is in the past...so i wanna clear it up once an 4 all....which triology is better...the original star wars (New Hope, Empire, Jedi) or the newer 1s (Phantom, Clones, Sith)?

Well i agree that the original 3 had the most inpact and wer by far the best
but i have 2 say the fight scene at the end of Revenge of Sith was quite amazin...it brought home how manipulated Anakin was...but overall the originals wer by far the best

Who's debating? Why the hell would anyone argue that the new ones are anything as good as the originals? That's crazy, I think its fairly safe to say that almost the entire movie going population...most of which would have seen both trilogies....will synonymously agree that the best of all the films is the Empire strikes back......By the way star wars is so overrated...2001: A space odyssey...now that's a space film of sorts!

Dosh, ask yourself which movies had the biggest impact on you?
For me Star Wars, The Empire Strikes Back, and Return of the Jedi did.
The other three episodes just filed in the blanks from what took place earlier. They had no impact whatsoever.

I have to say the Original trioogy was better. They had the better story and the better acting. The only thing I really liked about the new trilogy was the special effects.
